WHO IS IT FOR?

Employer Eligibility: The Canadian and foreign entities must have a qualifying relationship, such as a parent, subsidiary, branch, or affiliate relationship. Both entities must be actively conducting business.
Employee Eligibility: The employee being transferred must be in a managerial, executive, or specialized knowledge position. This means they need to have a senior role within the company and possess specialized knowledge or skills that are essential to the company’s operations.
Duration of Employment: The employee must have been employed by the foreign company for at least one year within the last three years before the application.
